
Please arrive at 10.15am, in time to settle before the start at 10.30am.
If you are late, please do not use the bell as this disturbs meditation. Wait until someone opens the door at 11.00-11.15am.
Programme
A typical Morning of Mindfulness consists of silent, guided and walking meditation, listening to a Dharma talk and mindful sharing. This part of the programme ends at 1.00pm.
After 1.00pm on most Saturdays, we continue the day with the practice of mindful eating (optional). Please bring some vegetarian food to share, in a ready-to-serve form. This part, including the clearing up, lasts until 2.45-3.00pm.
